Today I went to the Young Husband Market, backed by the iconic Rose St Market πŸ’› For those of you who have known me for a long time, you might remember I used to make candles and sell them at the Fitzroy location of this market years ago πŸ•―οΈβœ¨ It honestly felt like such a full circle moment being back in this kind of creative space again and so many talented makers, beautiful handmade pieces, and such a great vibe. Tried the chai at Footscray Milking Station in Footscray β˜•οΈβœ¨ It was really nice smooth, creamy, and not overly strong, so it’s perfect if you don’t like your chai too spicy or intense. For me personally, I’d love it a little stronger (I like a bold chai!), but overall it was still a great drink and worth trying if you're in the area. Have you been here? 6 years ago today, Mum lost her battle with Parkinson’s. And even after all this time, this week never gets easier, especially with her birthday earlier in the week as well. Grief has a way of coming in waves… and this week is always one of the hardest. If you’ve ever lost someone, you’ll understand how heavy this feels.
